Rental age
- 25 years for economy group vehicles
- 25 years for medium group vehicles
- 27 years of age for middle-upper group vehicles
- Being over 30 years old for upper group vehicles
- Being over 30 years old for luxury group vehicles.
Credit card usage and deposit
Our rental customers are required to have a credit card issued in their name during the rental.
This credit card must be open to internet use.
Depending on the group of the vehicle they rented from this credit card, a pre-authorization of 750 TL - 5500 TL for economic, middle and upper group vehicles and 6000 TL for luxury group vehicles will be taken. 15 working days after the end of your rental, written information is sent to the relevant bank for the cancellation of the provision process. Since they are not a pre-authorization sale, you do not have to pay to the bank.
For a safer driving and renting, the financial analysis of our customers who have not rented a car from our company in the last 12 months will be made on findeks.com site. If the report submission is not approved by you or the financial analysis does not meet the Yayayok Rent a Car car rental conditions, the vehicle will not be delivered even if the reservation has been made.
Driving license period
- At least 3 years for economic group vehicles
- At least 5 years for medium group vehicles
- Having a driving license for at least 7 years for upper and luxury group vehicles
Since the above prerequisites will be sought during the rental, if you have your driver's license and credit card with you, you can pick up the vehicle. Our customers who are not Turkish citizens are additionally required to carry a passport and a document showing that the date of entry to Turkey is less than 6 months. Our foreign licensed customers who have been in Turkey for more than 6 months are required to show a Turkish license.
Prepaid reservation conditions
The credit card holder (user name must be written on the card) and the person who will receive the vehicle must be the same. It will be requested to present the paid credit card at the office.
For cancellation requests made up to 24 hours before the vehicle pickup, the first three days rental fee (including all extras) will be collected and the remaining amount will be refunded. If there is less than 24 hours, no refund will be provided on the reservation fee. No refunds are provided in case of early return of the vehicle for reservations made on a special discounted price.
Pay on the spot reservation conditions
You can provide free cancellation.
In order to finalize your reservation, our authorities may request payment of the rental fee 72 hours before your rental. If you do not want to pay, your reservation may be canceled by us.
Notifications of cancellation must be made in writing to info@yayayok.com.tr or verbally to our reservation center on 0 232 374 44 33.
Provision amounts
It varies between 750TL and 6000TL depending on the vehicle class.

Benefiting from Exempt Accident Insurance Coverage
- All prices include Exempt Accident Insurance (CDW). Exempt Accident Insurance covers the damages in the event of collision. In case of fulfillment of the insurance conditions, the damage caused by the collision will be compensated by the customer, with a portion varying according to the vehicle group. This insurance does not cover damages that are not in collision (parking lot, tire, glass, headlight).

In the following cases, the Benefit from Insurance Coverage will be void and the damage to be incurred will not be covered by the insurance:
- Allowing the vehicle to be used by persons other than those whose name is written on the lease,
- Using the vehicle outside the normal conditions of use (using the vehicle with high engine temperature, bad road conditions or walking on a flat tire, filling the vehicle with wrong fuel and other similar situations),
- Using the vehicle outside the traffic rules (exceeding the legal speed limits, crossing the red light and other similar violations),
- Driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- Damage or accident caused by a load carried on the vehicle,
- Using the vehicle carelessly and without taking precautions (not adjusting the speed according to road conditions in rainy weather, not following the vehicle in front from the minimum safety distance and other similar uses),
- Failure to notify the customer of an accident or theft situation immediately to the contact phones to be given to the customer, leaving the vehicle at the accident site (except in case of a preventive situation determined by a doctor's report),
- Failure to receive the necessary reports (traffic and alcohol reports) within 48 hours from the relevant authorities in an accident that has occurred,
- Failure to deliver the original key in case the vehicle is stolen.
- Failure to deliver the vehicle without approval and despite the end of the rental period,
- Damage to the vehicle or to the opposite side due to the loads carried in the vehicle,
- Damages to the tire, glass or headlight are not included in the Exempt Accident Insurance. This insurance can be purchased separately.
- Financial compensation amounts arising from damages given to third parties are under the coverage of compulsory liability insurance coverage. The customer is responsible for the amounts outside the coverage limits.

Full Accident Assurance (Top Cover CDW)
In the event of an accident, it will eliminate the tenant liability in varying amounts depending on the rented vehicle group, as well as the damages up to the exemption amount without the collision (damages that are not mixed by third parties such as parking lot, tire-glass-headlight damage, etc.) customer statement and police report are required. without remaining within the scope of guarantee.
Rubber Glass Headlight Assurance (LCF)
It covers the risks of damage to the windows and tires of the vehicle.

Individual Accident Assurance (BKG)
It pays the treatment expenses of the passengers within the limits. Includes 500 TL treatment expenses per accident and person, 10,000 TL death and permanent disability coverage. You can buy this security by paying a daily premium fee.
Theft Assurance
It guarantees the "job loss compensation" arising between the theft of the vehicle and the insurance payment. You can buy this security by paying a daily premium fee.
Third Party Liability Assurance
Financial damages caused to third parties by the vehicle are covered within the limits determined by the compulsory traffic insurance. You can increase this limit up to 350,000 TL per accident. You can buy this security by paying a daily premium fee. Please consult the reservation center for current office information.
One Way Fee
If the vehicle is requested to be rented or delivered at a different point than the specified stations, a one-way fee is applied. (Please ask for eligibility)
Fuel
The vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel as possible and the full tank is requested to be returned. In the event that the vehicle is delivered with a full tank and is returned to us with missing fuel, 50% “Fuel Filling Service Fee” in addition to the calculated fuel price will also be requested from the lessor. It will be much more economical for the renter to deliver the vehicle with the level of fuel it is bought.
HGS
For the HGS service used in toll highway and bridge crossings, the usage fee and an additional 25% HGS rental service fee are collected separately from the rental fee.
Additional KM Package
Daily mileage limit is applied according to the vehicle group you have selected. You can learn this information during booking. In addition, you can purchase the mileage package. In one lease, there is a total usage right of 3000 km. Extra km packages cannot exceed 3000 km.
KM packages are offered to you on the rental screen.
Additional Driver
If the driver's license is shown and meets the rental prerequisites (excluding the deposit prerequisite), a fee of the current additional driver will be charged for the second driver and each subsequent driver.
Baby and Child Seat
Vehicles can be provided with baby and child seats. If you specify during your reservation, our reservation officers will inform you.
Lease Contract Change Requests
In cases where it is not possible to meet a requested change operationally (reservation of the vehicle, maintenance mileage, etc.), this demand may not be met. Even if the change request has been accepted, an additional fee may be charged as this will change the price calculation initially determined. There is no refund for early returns. Any change that may occur in any of the following conditions may change the rental terms. The request for the extension of the rental period is received by phone in the first extension and the fee is collected and approved by mail order. For subsequent extension requests, the vehicle must be brought to one of the Yayayok Rent a Car offices and checked.

The rental period is 24 hours. For each hour of late delivery, an amount of 40% of the daily rental fee may be requested. For delays exceeding 3 hours, a fee is billed at the current list price. Delays in vehicle delivery without approval may cause the Insurance Benefit Coverage (Full or Exempt Accident Guarantee) to be disabled, as well as causing an additional hourly difference fee.
Traffic Fines Service Cost
The tenant is responsible for traffic fines arising from the use of the vehicle during your rental period, even if Yayayok Rent a Car pays the penalty fee to the relevant institution, it will also request the penalty fee from the tenant. Due to the costs incurred during the payment of the traffic penalty, a service fee of at least 25 TL / fines or 30% of the penalty amount will be requested from the tenant in addition to the penalty fee.

Booking Conditions
Reservations made through our website are valid with the following conditions:
Information entries you make on our site are made in a secure environment. Upon completion of the reservation, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you specified, stating that a reservation has been received as specified. You need to keep this e-mail, you will not be able to access this e-mail again through the site. You are deemed to have accepted in advance that Yayayok Rent a Car sends an e-mail for marketing and announcement purposes to the e-mail address you have given during the reservation. Likewise, you agree to send the relevant marketing SMS to the mobile phone number you have provided.
In case of inconsistency in reservation information such as price, vehicle group, rental dates, Yayayok Rent a Car records will be taken as basis. Yayayok cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or possible missing information.
In case of a request to change the booking conditions you have made (before or after the return date, changing the return station, changing the vehicle group, adding an additional driver to the contract), the request may not be met, and if it is met, an additional fee or a reduction in the rental fee may arise. .
All the prices you see on our site include Exempt Accident Assurance, VAT and the specified mileage right. For other additional service needs, you can get information by reading the "Price Conditions".
If there is a change in the rental date during the reservation and rental phase, the standard list price specified in the rental contract will be applied.
During the rental, the lease contract will be signed. Even if you have made a reservation, Yayayok Rent a Car may not deliver the vehicle and cancel your reservation if it deems necessary. You can call our call center for detailed information.
Although it is not a common application, the brand and model of the vehicle selected in your reservation can be changed with an equivalent vehicle.
Although all measures have been taken to avoid any problems in your travels, please call the contact phones that will be notified to you in case of a possible need.
Following your final reservation, you will be called by our reservation department or you will receive a message. You can pay your payment by "mail order" from your credit card or by your credit card when picking up the vehicle. Depending on the vehicle group you rented from your credit card, a pre-authorization of at least 750 TL may be blocked. Yayayok Rent a Car can cancel the delivery of the vehicle by refunding the fee you have paid, even if a definite reservation has been made at the time of vehicle delivery.
If you want the rental fee to be paid by your company with the "payment for invoicing" (Current Account) method, if you fill out the Current Account Agreement and send it to us, our accounting department will contact the relevant people of your company.
You are deemed to have read and accepted the "Conditions for Renting a Car", "Price Conditions" and "Site Terms of Use" for reservations and rentals you have made from our site or from our offices.
