Reservation Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation request application is as follows. For prepaid reservations, if the reservation is canceled up to 168 hours before the vehicle delivery time, the entire rental fee will be refunded by YAYAYOK. For Prepaid reservations, if canceled between 168 hours and 3 hours, the 3-day rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded by YAYAYOK. (No refunds for 3-day reservations). For prepaid reservations, cancellations made 6 hours before the vehicle delivery, the rental fee is non-refundable. In prepaid reservations, the vehicles belonging to our customers will be kept for 3 hours from the pick-up time and our customers will be able to receive their vehicles within these 3 hours. After 3 hours, the reservation will be canceled automatically by the system and the fee will not be refunded. No refund is provided in case of early return of the vehicle for reservations made at a special campaign price.
